Employees, suppliers, and agents acting on behalf of ON Power are strictly prohibited from accepting such considerations under any circumstances.

Compensation and Working Hours - Suppliers are expected to comply with all applicable labour laws and regulations governing employee compensation and working hours.

Forced Labour – ON Power does not engage in or support the use of forced labour; and therefore will not purchase material or services from a supplier utilising forced labour.

Child Labour – ON Power does not engage in or support the use of child labour.
Suppliers are expected to employ only workers who meet the applicable minimum legal age requirement for their location.

Environment – ON Power is committed to reducing the environmental impact of its business activities. Suppliers are expected to conduct their operations in a manner that protects the environment, and comply with the environmental laws in the countries in which they operate.
