Our Code of Conduct is aimed at all of the people who make up part of our company, in other words, the members of the Board of Directors, the management staff and, in general, all employees.
When establishing business relationships, one of the selection criteria that must be taken into account is that suppliers and collaborating companies have established principles of conduct similar to those considered in this Code of Conduct.
We promote a shared responsibility in our supply chain incorporating our Code of Conduct into our relationships with suppliers.
Improper Payments - ON Power Technology AG (ON Power) conducts business with the highest integrity and within the bounds of the law. Bribes and similar payments are strictly prohibited. Employees, suppliers, and agents acting on behalf of ON Power are strictly prohibited from accepting such considerations under any circumstances.
Compensation and Working Hours - Suppliers are expected to comply with all applicable labour laws and regulations governing employee compensation and working hours.
Forced Labour – ON Power does not engage in or support the use of forced labour; and therefore will not purchase material or services from a supplier utilising forced labour.
Child Labour - ON Power does not engage in or support the use of child labour. We recognise the rights of every child to be protected from economic exploitation and from performing any work that is likely to be hazardous or to interfere with the child's education. Suppliers are expected to employ only workers who meet the applicable minimum legal age requirement for their location.
Environment – ON Power is committed to reducing the environmental impact of its business activities. Suppliers are expected to conduct their operations in a manner that protects the environment, and comply with the environmental laws in the countries in which they operate.
